WA Middle Distance Championships

Sunday 21st July 2019

Location: Avon Valley National Park KenineHill2019

The State Middle Distance Championships will take place on the Quarry Road part of the Avon Valley map located off Toodyay Road. Come and enjoy the challenge of an old favourite, first used for the National Carnival in 1988. Courses traverse a range of terrain comprising broad laterite ridges flanked by deeply dissected watercourse systems and complex rock detail. Vegetation varies from very open woodland to locally thick cover along the main streams, but general runnability is fair to good and on-course climbs are moderate.

Beginners are welcome and instruction is available! Some Enter on the Day (EOD) courses will be available once championship entrants have started.

Start times (championship entries): from 9:30 am. Start times for pre-intered participants will be available by Wednesday 17th July.
